  Responsibilities:
  --- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine residents' therapy needs.
  --- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on enhancing functional abilities.
  --- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and meet care goals.
  --- Provide education to residents and their families on therapy interventions and adaptive equipment.
  --- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
  --- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
  Qualifications:
  --- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  --- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  --- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required).
  --- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  --- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
