Job Summary and Qualifications You are responsible for coordinating the staffing for the inpatient adult units and facilitating staffing for Women's Services and Emergency Services upon request. Other primary responsibilities include payroll for Nursing Administration, Super Pool, float staff and billing for agency and travelers. Coordinate agency staff scheduling, Unit Secretary master scheduling and sitter scheduling. Assist with general functions of the nursing staff office.
  • Coordination of staffing in the adult inpatient units and scheduling of agency and float staff.
  • Assign staff to appropriate areas as well as coordinate staff call ins and assist with replacement of staff.
  • Retrieve data from the hospital information systems as required.
  • Perform daily staffing edits and completes payroll.
  • Assists with agency, traveler billing Assist with Unit Secretary orientation and maintenance of super pool, float, agency and traveler files. What qualifications you will need:
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
