--- Undergo extensive training and mentorship from experienced
professionals in Charleston to excel in the role.
--- Spend time prospecting for new business via a real estate CRM,
while managing and nurturing support for existing clients and
leads.
--- Receive guidance and support from a top-performing agent within
the team to enhance real estate skills.
--- Take advantage of various lead opportunities provided to
maximize success in the competitive real estate market.
--- Commit 40-50 hours weekly to meet performance targets
effectively.
--- Have the potential to earn a consistent six-figure income
through successful real estate transactions.
--- Access continuous support and resources to boost productivity
and efficiency in the role.
--- Benefit from appointments being scheduled by the dedicated
inside sales team.
--- Have experienced coordinators manage the closing process for
seamless transactions.

Qualifications:
--- Candidates applying for the Realtor - Licensed Sales Agent role
in Charleston, SC, must hold an active South Carolina Real Estate
License or be actively pursuing one. License must be obtained and
hung with Keller Williams prior to starting with the Team.
--- Proficiency in effectively utilizing Google Systems Efficiency
is a necessary skill required for this position.
--- Successful engagement with leads in this role hinges on
excellent communication skills.
--- Maintaining professionalism in all interactions and
transactions is a fundamental requirement for this position.
--- Excelling as a Realtor demands strong problem-solving
abilities.
